Consumer / customer is king. A phrase that is familiar in the ears and minds of all people. In the marketing world these expressions into a fixed price that must be applied. Understanding the characteristics of the consumer is very fundamental. So the mindset that built the company or organization must follow the logic of the consumer.
Customer satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed customers who came after comparing the performance (results) are considered product of the performance (or outcome) is expected. If the performance meets the customer expectations will be satisfied but if performance is below expectations then the customer is not satisfied. Satisfaction or pleasure which creates high emotional bond with the brand or company. Some of the most successful companies today continuously improve performance expectations and providing the customers expectations.
Presepsi about the value and satisfaction are influenced by many factors that occurred during the time of purchase and customer service. To meet this demand, the company's efforts to be more than just comply with product specifications, reduce defects and errors and / or serving the customer complaints, product delivery early, on time as requested / service levels, order completeness, quality and order others.
